Like, a lot of folks couldn’t even make it past the first 10 minutes of a series.

1.Bridgerton(2020present)

“Bridgertonlost me after Season 2.

I HATE that they had to spice it up and deviate from some of the plot.

Amy Poehler on "Parks & Rec"

Never, ever, ever.

Its a terrible disservice to that character.”

It’s sad, too, because period pieces are my absolute favorite.

Quinta Brunson in "Abbott Elementary"

The first season is very good, but I just stopped caring midway through Season 2."

“100% this show.

The first season ofStranger Thingswas amazziinnggg, but most of what came after was not great.

Nicola Coughlan in "Bridgerton"

It was just coasting off the vibes and the theme.

Ive found this to be the way of Netflix, though.

One good first season, and the rest of it sucks.”

Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Gaten Matarazzo, Maya Hawke, Sadie Sink, and Caleb McLaughlin in "Stranger Things"

Everyone fucked everyone, everyone had a clinical death, etc.

(and that was by the 3rd and 4th seasons).

I dont even know whats happening now."

Patrick Demsey and Ellen Pompeo in "Grey's Anatomy"

“Im 37 and married with two kids.

I started watching this show in high school.

I keep watching just for the sake of inertia.”

Luis Guzmán, Jenna Ortega, and Catherine Zeta-Jones in "Wednesday"

4.Wednesday(2022present)

“Outside ofJenna Ortegas acting, its pretty bad.

It turnedThe Addams Familyinto something it isnt.

With all the references to social media, it really got on my nerves.

A zombie in "The Walking Dead"

Like, WTF is that dialogue?

No one in my generation talks like this.

Why couldnt the show makers just do what the makers of thePeanutsmovie did forPeanutsbut forWednesdayandThe Addams Familyinstead?

Emilia Clarke in "Game of Thrones"

Introduce The Addams Family to new people, but keep the charm of the original.”

“Oh yeah, and the romance sucked.

I dont understand why those two guys are so in love with Wednesday when shes so unlikeable.

Kieran Culkin in "Succession"

Each season basically has the same plot over and over again.”

u/TheKnightsTippler

“I’d say Season 2 was almost watchable.

Then, it became a soap opera.

Kunal Nayyar, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, and Jim Parsons in "The Big Bang Theory"

Watching week to week was unbearable because it was essentially nothing but a soap opera.

I spite ‘NOT-watched it’ even harder.”

7.Succession(20182023)

“I don’t thinkSuccessionis all that funny or witty.

Zach Braff and Donald Faison in "Scrubs"

For instance Tony Soprano fromThe Sopranos.

There isn’t a shred of that for me inSuccession.

They all suck hard.

Cillian Murphy in "Peaky Blinders"

But, the one-liners serve to distract from that core tenet.”

Its designed to use some ‘big words’ to make us feel in on the smart jokes.

But, the jokes themselves are not funny, and Sheldon is the worst.

Krysten Ritter in "Jessica Jones"

Ugh I hate that show."

But, they didn’t know anything about it and just used stereotypical depictions and surface-level stuff."

9.Scrubs(20012010)

“I watchedScrubssporadically during its run and really enjoyed it.

Rick and Morty in "Rick and Morty"

I thought it was really funny.

I lasted half a season.

is one of the most annoying, obnoxious, try-way-too-hard TV characters out there.”

PARK Hae-soo and LEE Jung-jae in "Squid Game"

It wasn’t how I remembered it.

Also, sometimes J.D.

chasing after Elliot comes off a bit creepy."

Nick and Maurice in "Big Mouth"

There were too many fillers.

And then he’s out of the picture again.

It totally felt like a writer’s tactic."

Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, and Arthur Darvill in "Doctor Who" (2012 episode)

u/Zenterrestrial

“It just always seems to lead to the same situation over and over again.

I couldnt really get into it or find myself super invested into them.

Not to mention, some seasons are rather inferior to another.”

Homer, Marge, Bart, and Milhouse in "The Simpsons"

12.Rick and Morty(2013present)

“Rick and Mortyisn’t terrible.

The same themes and jokes get recycled endlessly.

Its fun, but I also think many people believe its significantly overrated.”

Steve Carell and Rainn Wilson in "The Office" (US)

14.Big Mouth(2017present)

“Season 1 ofBig Mouthwas kind of great.

It really captured what it felt like to be a hormonal teen full of self-shame.

Then it got really weird and gross.

Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman in "Casablanca"

It was like browsing 4chan.”

Its mostly been downhill ever since Peter Capaldi had his best episodes.

The constant rewriting of the canon lore is also extremely annoying.

I will stand by David Tennants Doctor being peak British TV, though."

It’s to the point where it almost starts feeling like different shows broken into different iterations.

Like, Jim and Pam from Season 2 through Season 4 is reasonably realistic.

Season 5 to Season 7 Michael is just a sitcom with talking head moments.

Season 8 to Season 9…can we scrap every last dollar we can out of this?"
