Remember to be kind to yourself if you find your heart racing a mile a minute.

Just remind yourself that you’re not in danger, even if it feels like you might be.

2.Focus on your breath.

I don’t know about you, but I tend to forget how to breathe when I’m anxious.

3.Rely on asking questions.

If you feel uncomfortable talking about yourself, just remember that people usually love to answer questions about themselves.

This technique helped me a lot throughout this trip.
