Some of these have VERY mixed reviews.

But it’s safe to say certain airports fall short.

So, oneReddit userasked, “What do you think are thebest and worst airportsin Canada?”

An airplane is parked at an airport gate. A worker is walking on the tarmac. The city skyline, including a tall tower, is visible in the background

and it started some interesting discussions about certain Canadian aiports:

1.

Although Vancouver can suck if a single snowflake falls on the city!"

The Vancouver International Airport is a vibe… there!

Stanley Hudson from The Office character sits at desk with arms crossed; “STILL WAITING” text is displayed

With cute local boutiques and lots of natural rock formations, who needs to venture outside these halls?

Nature is healing!!

“One of my personal faves is the Kitchener airport.

Direct flights to Calgary, one small room, zero stress, yummy cafe.”

A person in a teal uniform with a name tag and lanyard is at an airport, saying, "I am very good with people because I am myself a person!"

“Pearson is definitely the worst.

“Worst is hands down YYZ.

Way too busy and chaotic.”

“Calgary is the worst.

5.“Saskatoon.

Their CBSA immigration counter was a plastic folding table.”

6.

“Victoria has a cute little airport.”

“I like Edmonton.

I agree its a ways out, but I usually only connect through there.”

“I like the food choices.

I also like the liquor store in there.

I also usually buy something at the Chapters, which has a great little selection.”

10.

“Kelowna’s airport sucks.

It is also cramped and dated.”

No sense of urgency and it can often take you an hour to get screened.

No other airport in Canada seems to have the same issue, at least to that extent.”

12.

Everything was so fast and easy.”

“Abbotsford was the best.

From my car to on the plane takes 10 mins.”

“I always thought Halifax was pretty shitty.”

known for its stunning water views and tasty lobster, how does the airport stack up?

“Best: Flin Flon.

Worst: Regina.”

u/go4tli

“Forgot about Regina what a sad, shitty airport that is.”

“Montreal international and trans-border is gorgeous; domestic is poo.”

“Best: Penticton.

Worst, not enough flights out of it.”

“Manning, AB airport.

No waiting, no security just buy a ticket and fly.”

“Nanaimo is nice.

They have about a 1:1 ratio of security officers to passengers.

Seems like overkill, but it means the line is never longer than 3 people.”
