According to People, the actor recentlypurchaseda $20-million estate in LA.
Ben’s also currently trying to sell his marital home withJennifer Lopez.
The twolistedthe $60-million property for sale last month, just one year after they purchased it.
In the meantime, a source says Ben is loving his new home.
