I watched someone get 50 filler injections in his penis and scrotum.
The patient was a 34-year-old gay man.
His penis was uncut andabove average, at 4 inches long when flaccid and 7 inches long when hard.
1.First of all, yes, the patient needs to be completely hard when receiving penis filler.
He did admit to feeling a little anxious about the treatments though, but mostly he was just excited.
Daniel first received a shot of a local anesthetic above his pubic hair to numb his internal nerves.
A topical cream was then applied to his dick and scrotum to numb his external nerves.
