“Objects in motion stay in motion.

Get home, do all the jobs you oughta before sitting down.

“Clean as you go, and have a place for everything.

Three people work on laptops and phones at a shared desk in a modern cafe. One person listens with headphones, wearing a striped shirt. Others are in casual attire

I found that vacuuming regularly helps a ton with reducing the dust built up on surfaces too.

I listen to A LOT of podcasts.

I really love them, but I find it hard to listen to them while doing nothing.

Two people, one holding a pan and the other washing dishes, smile and work together in a modern kitchen

For me, these are laundry, organization projects, dusting, procrastination, and de-cluttering.

I set the timer for 15 minutes and focused on this task until the timer went off.

Then, I got to a stopping point and could take my break.
