STEP 3:Line three additional trays with baking paper.

STEP 5:Then add one egg, and mix until well combined.

Add the second egg and mix well.

STEP 7:Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, and mix until just combined.

STEP 8:Fold in the white chocolate melts and pistachios.

Roll to encase the filling.

STEP 10:Place 4-6 balls of dough onto each lined tray.

STEP 11:Preheat the oven to 160C fan-forced.

Set aside to cool.

STEP 14:Add the Capilano Pure Honey and whisk for another minute before adding in the icing mixture.

Whisk until combined and place in a piping bag.

STEP 15:When the cookies are cool to touch, pipe the icing on top.

Sprinkle over the remaining chopped pistachios and drizzle with extra honey.

STEP 16:Serve and enjoy!
